Agreement to Terms

By accessing Real World Wholesaling Academy ("the Academy"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on the Academy's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Academy's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Course Access and Content

Upon enrollment in Real World Wholesaling Academy, you will receive access to course materials, videos, templates, and resources. All course content remains the intellectual property of Real World Wholesaling Academy and Ryan Dosenberry.

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell course content
• Record, screenshot, or reproduce course materials without written permission
• Share login credentials with others

Coaching Services

1-on-1 coaching services are subject to availability and separate agreement. Coaching is provided on a limited basis and requires application approval. All coaching sessions are confidential and for the enrolled student only.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the course materials and immediate access upon enrollment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after course access has been granted.

Results Disclaimer

Real World Wholesaling Academy provides education and training in real estate wholesaling. While the strategies taught have been proven effective by Ryan Dosenberry and other students, we make no guarantee of specific results or earnings. Success in real estate wholesaling depends on individual effort, market conditions, local regulations, and numerous other factors outside our control.

Any testimonials, case studies, or earnings mentioned are not typical and should not be considered a guarantee of similar results.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Real World Wholesaling Academy or Ryan Dosenberry be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Academy's website or course content.
